Studios Continuing with CycleBar Rewards - Faq's

  1. I am a rider at a location that will continue to offer CycleBar Rewards, do I need to do anything?
    You are not required to take any action to continue using CycleBar Rewards. 
  2. Will the CycleBar Rewards program continue to have all of the great rewards? Yes, riders at studios continuing will have access to the same great rewards.
  3. Do I earn CycleBar Rewards points for taking a class at a studio that is no longer offering CycleBar Rewards? Points will not be able to be issued for classes taken at a non-participating studio.
  4. I received a notification that my rewards account is linked to a studio that no longer offers CycleBar Rewards and don't agree. If you received a notification and have questions, please contact customer support, at cyclebar@myrewardstore.com.

Studios Not Continuing with CycleBar Rewards - FAQ's

  1. How long do I have to use my CycleBar Reward Points? Riders will have until 2/28/2025 to redeem any unused points. After this date, any remaining points will be forfeited.
  2. When do I stop earning points? Riders will no longer earn points as of 2/1/2025.
  3. If I book a hotel or purchase a product, will my order be processed? Yes, all orders will be processed and supported by customer service.
